All about Gardening with Julie

This article is all about Gardening with Julie, the website. It is also about myself, Julie, and my family. Below is a picture that spans four generations. My father is on the right. I am on the left, and I am holding my granddaughter. We are enjoying a wonderful summer day sitting around a garden, of course!

My son David, who talked me into starting up this website, would always joke that I was a teacher just so I could tend to my gardens during summer break. Now that I am retired from teaching, I can spend time doing my two favorite things, gardening and spending time with family.

I have relatives all over in the United States, and they have all started lovely gardens. I will share with you all the beautiful flower and vegetable gardens they are growing. You can share your garden too with us. Feel free to send some pictures and describe how you started and currently maintain your garden.
